The Story of Nepal Youth Foundation Hong Kong
The Nepal Youth Foundation Hong Kong is a non-governmental organization registered in Hong Kong. It was founded by a dedicated group of people living in Hong Kong who are passionate about helping destitute children in Nepal. They made a commitment to create an organization so they can make the greatest possible impact where there is the greatest need. Each of these individuals brings valuable expertise and resources to the team.
Nepal Youth Foundation Hong Kong (NYFHK) is the local chapter of the Nepal Youth Foundation (NYF), a four-star rated and registered charity in the US that brings hope to impoverished Nepali children by providing what should be every child’s birthright – education, healthcare and freedom from bonded labour. NYF officially started its operations in Nepal by giving out scholarships to children and establishing the first hostel for its students. All funds raised by the Nepal Youth Foundation Hong Kong support NYF’s programs in Nepal.
